| A Bit About Me | I have been on the stage since 1946:
a lifetime of treading the boards. I have done most stage-related jobs
(but I don't set build or paint!!) with the Cissbury Players, including
producing, with pantos being a particular favorite. I am very
superstitious*. My other hobbies include: line dancing, caravaning,
walking my two Corgis, doing crosswords and Sudoku. I have three sons
(one of whom acts locally) and nine grandchildren (five of whom already
enjoy acting at their school productions). My unfulfilled ambition was to play Lady Bracknell in "The Importance of Being Earnest"...I have at last realised it and I enjoyed it more that can be put into mere words. From the reactions of the audience members I have spoken to, so did they. Job well done, I think!** * Editor's note: This is true. It's
one of the main reasons we observe all the theatrical traditions during
productions! |
